Where do you ship?

Currently we are only shipping to Canada and the USA. We are looking forward to expand our businesses to the rest of the world in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all Canada and USA orders.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days, but please do allow delays due to unpredictable reasons such as poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office etc. Please also keep in mind that every order requires a production time of 7-10 business days before it is ready to ship.
What should I do if my product is damaged or defected?

Please contact and provide details to our support team, support@iamchristambassador.com, and we will replace the items for you. *Replacement will only be issued if these requirements are met: - Photos of the damaged or defected products - Damaged or defected areas is a production problem - Products must be in unwashed/never worn conditions
